A Yes, we accept OEM order, we can make the products according to your own design and requirement, print artwork can be offered by AI or PDF format.

A Yes, you can request your own packaging information and offer us the design when order.

Q What's the MOQ?
A MOQ will be decided by the size, shape and color request, normal from 100-500-1000 pcs.

Q Do you offer free sample? what's the sample lead time?
A Customized sample will be with sample charge around $100 to ~$500,depends on your request. Sample lead time from 3~10 days, for no printing, print or digital print sample, we usually our existing material for trial samples and print set up charge will be refunded after order. Final confirmation pls contact with us for discussing.

Q Is freight collect or pre-pay for sample?
A Delvery cost will be paid by buyer, you can choose pay for advance as cost will be cheaper.

Q Payment Terms?
A 30% TT in advance, 70% before shipment or at sight of B/L copy.

Q What's your production lead time?
A Normal production lead time will be around 25~30 days, final confirmed by your order q'ty.

Q How to order with us?
A a, Inquiry-professional quotation;
b, Confirm the price, q'ty, lead time, artwork, payment terms etc;
c, Pro Enterprise will provide a Proforma Invoice for deposit payment;
d, Pre-production upon receiving deposit, we will order raw material and make PP sample for approval, then start production after PP sample approved.
e, Mass production---Send photos (of measurement, printing, thickness, packing) to show production process and notify booking vessel;
f, End production and send you shipping samples if required, Third party insepction if needed.
g, Client make the balance payment before shipping.
h, Let's call a finished order when you receive our goods.
